Catered Menus
Mind-blowing and creative menus with extravagance and seasonal flair – we have all types of menus to fit the style and theme of any wedding. We have all-inclusive menu per person packages that include event service staff, rentals, the options to customize your own wedding package with us.
Menus can be customized and modified to you and your guests’ specific tastes and dietary preferences. We only use sustainable seafood, local grass-fed and grain-fed meats from the Fraser Valley and close to 100% of all my ingredients are either organic, local, and, or seasonal. Our culinary team is very attentive and flexible when it comes to specific needs as there are numerous options for vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, dairy-free menu items for anyone who may require it.
Chef James and his team cooked a wonderful meal for our small wedding of 17 people. The food was delicious and so fresh! Everything was exactly what we were looking for. Chef James was very helpful through the whole process of menu selection and helped with small changes to ensure the menu was perfect for us.

Rental Provisions
We can provide all your wedding rental needs in one quote including specialty tables, chairs, Chinaware, glassware, silverware, and luxurious linens. From delivery, set up, take down and all logistics we can take care of everything all in one quote.

To ensure your wedding is a smashing success, and on point with your desired budget and we have a collection of some of the best vendor partners in the city to helps us ensure that your venue selection process is stress-free so you can focus on your day.
Consultations & Tastings
In person and over phone consultations with our chef can be arranged, and tastings of certain menu items are available at a rate of $50 per guest with a minimum of 2 guests and a maximum of 4 to meet with the chef and discuss the specific needs of your menu.
If you decide to book your wedding with us, we will credit and apply the costs of the tasting to your invoice.
